Here is a link for the Web Relief Project Directory, a helpful compilation of sites related to Katrina relief. According to its home page, "The web relief project directory is meant to provide a listing of projects across the web which are being undertaken to provide information, web portals, and databases to assist in Katrina relief efforts."
