Clematis in all its glory

Clematis in all its glory, originally uploaded by Bitterroot.

I'm grateful to my camera for helping me see so much more closely the structure of things. Working with this photo, for instance, made me observe attentively the structure of the clematis flower in a way I never had done before. Nature has so many intricate, delicate, and miraculous forms, but rushing through our lives we don't always find ways to appreciate them.

Comments:
Climatis is a spectacular photo. i also loved the Wisconsin 360-degree sky scene, and the very cool barn shot, the excellent control of that shadow light vs the scene beyond.
it reminded me of a barn i used to play in, jumped out of a loft and right onto an up-sticking rusty nail. ouch! brother to the rescue, and tetanus shot = alive today!
just sign me: goddess

Can I use your clematis image in my book? I wrote a devotional/inspirational book about gardening and am illustrating it with my own photos. The one image I am missing is a clematis vine, and yours is perfect. Please let me know if I have your permission, and what credit to give for the photo.
