A Log of Pristine Places
On a blistering hot day, this is the most refreshing view you can have. We took a hike in Kootenai Canyon in the Bitterroot Mountains with this stream splashing and swirling beside us throughout. I kept leaving the path to dunk into these crystal-clear waters. Exhilarating!
Bitterroot and bergamot are wildflowers native to my two homes, Montana and Wisconsin. In this blog, I'm sharing some places I find magical. Heart-places in Montana and Wisconsin show up randomly here, as well as other spots that have charmed me. These and other pristine places nourish the spirit; we must preserve them.
